We want you to love your Chesscom apparel, but if your purchase isn't your perfect move, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

Drop Off Package

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
